Certified Timepieces & Registration

Certification and registration status can be confirmed only through WILBUR.

All WILBUR timepieces are certified and registered at the time of original purchase when sold directly through WILBUR or through approved retail partners.

Only certified WILBUR timepieces are eligible for factory warranty coverage, official service, and parts support.

Watches offered through secondary marketplaces, online resale platforms, or private transactions are not certified or registered by WILBUR, regardless of any claims made by third parties.

WILBUR does not verify, authenticate, or support third-party listings and cannot confirm the origin, condition, handling, or prior ownership of such watches.

Service, inspection and/ or re-certification may be offered at WILBUR’s discretion and at the owner’s cost when available. Individual components are not sold separately for uncertified timepieces.
