LEGAL DETAILS:

WARRANTY POLICY

WILBUR watches are covered by a Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty eligibility applies only to watches:

• Purchased directly from WILBUR, or
• Purchased through a WILBUR authorized retailer

Warranty Duration

• EXP & LEO models: two (2) years
• Launch Edition pieces: limited lifetime coverage

Certified Pre-Owned watches retain warranty coverage only if officially certified by WILBUR.

Any watch resold through unauthorized channels automatically voids warranty coverage.

Watches sold under special pricing terms, including demo or sales watches, are eligible for warranty coverage only for the original purchaser. Warranty coverage does not transfer.

Any transfer of ownership, public resale listing, online resale offering, or third-party sale voids warranty eligibility.

All warranty claims and service requests are handled directly through WILBUR. Proof of purchase is required.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and cosmetic aging
• Watch cases, bracelets, straps, crystals, screws
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
• Damage from water exposure beyond rated resistance
• Damage caused by third-party modification or customization

WILBUR watches are water resistant, not waterproof. They are not intended for diving or submersion. Exposure to saltwater, chemicals, or solvents may cause permanent damage.

The crown must remain in the closed position unless actively setting the time or date.

CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED | WILBUR

Only watches inspected, authenticated, and approved directly by WILBUR qualify as WILBUR Certified Pre-Owned.

Certified Pre-Owned watches:

• Are verified as authentic
• Have been fully inspected and serviced
• Meet original factory performance specifications
• Ship with insured priority delivery
• Include official WILBUR documentation and packaging
• Retain applicable WILBUR warranty coverage

Any watch not explicitly designated as Certified Pre-Owned by WILBUR is not verified by us and may not meet our quality, authenticity, or service standards.

UNAUTHORIZED RESELLERS & THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACES

Online resale marketplaces, third-party platforms, and private resale channels are NOT authorized WILBUR retailers.

Watches purchased through unauthorized sellers:

• Are not certified by WILBUR
• Are not guaranteed authentic
• Are not eligible for warranty service
• Are not eligible for resale or service support from WILBUR

WILBUR cannot guarantee provenance, condition, authenticity, or service eligibility for watches purchased outside of authorized channels.

If you are uncertain about the origin of a watch, please contact WILBUR before purchasing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WILBUR return and exchange policies apply only to purchases made directly through WILBUR, including purchases completed through our sales team or official website. These policies do not apply to third-party purchases.

Authorized returns must be received within seven (7) days of delivery and meet all of the following conditions:

• The watch is in new, unworn condition
• The watch has not been altered or resized
• The watch is not a Special Order, Unique Piece, Speed Shop (“SS”) model, demo sale, or Special Edition

Approved domestic returns will be issued a prepaid, fully insured return label.

Refunds are processed minus a 9% restocking fee based on the total purchase price.

All Special Orders, Unique Pieces, Speed Shop (“SS”) models, Special Editions, and international sales are final.

SHIPPING, TAXES & IMPORT DUTIES

WILBUR offers fully insured priority shipping on all watches.

Sales tax is collected where required by law.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price.

Customs processing varies by country and is outside of WILBUR’s control.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS & TIMING

WILBUR ships worldwide, with limited country exceptions.

We ship using FedEx, UPS, and DHL. APO/FPO addresses are not supported due to insurance limitations.

Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed by 11:00 AM Pacific Time ship same day when in stock.

Speed Shop (“SS”) models and custom configurations typically ship within 24–48 hours.

WATCH CARE & REGISTRATION

Watches purchased directly from WILBUR or an authorized retailer are automatically registered.

Due to the unique construction of WILBUR watches, strap changes and servicing should be performed by a certified watchmaker. Damage caused by improper installation voids warranty coverage.
